Frequently Asked Questions

  • Where are you located?

Our studio is located in Atlanta, Georgia. However, we accept bouquets from anywhere in the United States via mail (yes - you can ship your flowers!)

  • How do I book?

You can check out our shop here. Add your desired frame to your cart and continue to checkout. If you have questions you want answered before booking, please feel free to contact us.

  • Can I ship you my flowers?

We gladly accept bouquets from all over the United States, please see our shipping page for more information on the process! When you book, if you indicate you plan to ship your bouquet, you will receive detailed, step-by-step shipping instructions to ensure your flowers arrive in excellent condition.

  • How long does it take?

All said and done, the process takes 3-4 months. This timeframe varies based on the busyness of the season, but we aim for a 3-month turnaround time. We will update you throughout the preservation processes so you know when your flowers are out of the press and being designed.

  • My wedding just happened, can you preserve my bouquet?

As long as we have availability, and you can get your bouquet to us within 5 days of your event, we will happily accept your flowers. Please email us after completing the booking form to expedite the process.

  • Do I get to have input into how the frame turns out?

Absolutely! Our largest priority is making sure you are happy with your final piece. After your flowers have been pressed, we send a mock-up design and make up to 4 adjustments until you are satisfied with your frame. Beyond 4 rounds of revisions may incur an additional fee due to extended design time.

  • Can you press all white bouquets?

Yes, we can press your white bouquet. We color-correct white flowers to help them retain the brightness they had on your wedding day. However, white is tricky! If you have all white blooms, please get them to us as soon as possible after your event and consider providing extra flowers just in case.

  • Will my flowers change color?

Yes, your blooms will change colors when pressed and will continue to change color after you receive your frame. We color correct the most sensitive flowers (whites and light pink), but keep our flowers natural. Mother Nature has its own agenda, and avoiding the natural fading of your blooms is impossible. If you have questions about this, do not hesitate to reach out. Please see our before and after images here for examples of color change.

  • How early should I book?

We are a small team at Peachy Petals, so we can only take a few bouquets a weekend. Please book as early as possible if you know you would like to have your flowers preserved with us. We usually book up 8-12 weeks out from wedding dates and sooner during peak wedding season (spring & fall).

  • How do I get my bouquet to you?

There are three ways to get your bouquet to our home studio -

    1) drop off at our home studio in Vinings, Georgia

    2) pay a $25 pickup fee, and we will come to get your blooms (in the Atlanta area)

    3) Ship your flowers to us. If you decide to ship, we will provide detailed instructions on how to package your flowers so they arrive to us fresh and happy!

  • Can I purchase a gift card?

Absolutely! Gift cards are available for purchase at any amount you wish here. We also provide a physical gift card that can be sent directly to the bride or you.

  • Do I need to be a bride to book?

Absolutely not! We create art from all sorts of events, including baby showers, engagements, memorial services, and just for fun! If you do not have flowers from an event but would like a floral piece, please reach out, and we can get a custom quote for you.

  • Can you do custom frames or sizing?

Absolutely! If you can dream it, chances are we can do it. We work with a local framer who can create custom size frames for us. If you have something special and unique in mind, please reach out with details of your vision and we can get a custom quote for you.

  • Can you include wedding day mementos from my bouquet like charms, ribbons, or lace in my frame?

Yes! Some people have sentimental or custom bouquet wraps, and we are happy to include these elements in your fame. Just let us know when you book! Even if we do not use them in your frame, we save the ribbon or wrap from your bouquet whenever we can and mail it back to you. The only element we are unable to include is anything very thick or 3D, as the depths of our frames do not allow for these items.
